Summer Send Off Sale Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period:
The Sale begins on 2nd March 2025 at 5pm and ends on 16th March 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST. All discounts and offers are only valid during this period. We CANNOT extend the discount outside of this period.
Discounts:
Discounts of up to 50% off are available on select clothing styles. Please refer to individual product listings for exact discount details.
Exclusions:
Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes.
The sale excludes New Arrivals and already discounted bundles and combos.
InStore Purchases
Local customers are encouraged to place their orders online and select click and collect from the HQ as the best way to secure items.
Stock Availability:
All products are subject to availability. Limited stock is available for selected sale items, and discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once items are sold out, they will no longer be available at the promotional price.
Returns & Exchanges:
Items bought during the sale can be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receiving your order, providing the item is in the condition we sent to you. We do not offer refunds on sale items, including items brought with a discount over 15%. Any items purchased during a sale are eligible for a store credit only. All refunds and store credits are made at the discretion of chasingsundays.com.au.
We ask that you email us a photograph of the item before returning to contact@chasingsundays.com.au.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged. As per our Returns Policy.
Order Adjustments:
Chasing Sundays reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if the promotional discount was applied in error or if the order violates any of the terms and conditions.
If an order adjustment is necessary, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure you put the correct address and add the correct items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your order. We cannot take any responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address.
Customer Service:
Our customer service team is here to help! However, we will require up to 3 business days to respond to all customer enquires. We will endeavour to respond to your emails within 2 business days, however, we ask again for your patience and kindness while our small team works to stay on top of the influx of orders.

Modification of Terms:
Chasing Sundays reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sale or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Dispatch, Shipping & Delivery
We will try to get your orders out as fast as we can, however, as we will be inundated with orders, please allow up to 3 business days for order dispatch.
We use both Aramex and Australia Post. Tracking details will be sent to your email when your order has been processed.
If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting Australia Post Express Shipping.
