Promotion Period:

The Black Friday Sale begins on 21st November 2024 at 10am and ends on 2nd December 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST. All discounts and offers are only valid during this period. We CANNOT extend the discount outside of this period.

Discounts:

Discounts of up to 50% off are available sitewide on selected items. Specific discounts may vary depending on the product category. Please refer to individual product listings for exact discount details.

Exclusions:

Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes.

The sale excludes New Arrivals and already discounted bundles and combos.

Gift with purchase:

Orders must meet the minimum spend thresholds to qualify for the free gift (e.g. orders over $49 qualify for the beach ball and key ring, while orders over $149 unlock the exclusive wet pouch).
Gifts are available while stocks last. Once the allocated stock is depleted, the promotion will end for that specific gift, even if the sale period is ongoing.
Limit of one free gift per qualifying order, regardless of the total order amount.
Gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or credit.
The free gift will be included with the qualifying order and shipped together, subject to usual delivery timelines.
The company reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

InStore Purchases

Strictly no in-store purchases before 11 am on Thursday, November 21st 2024. Local customers are encouraged to place their orders online and select click and collect from the HQ as the best way to secure items.

Stock Availability:

All products are subject to availability. Limited stock is available for selected sale items, and discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once items are sold out, they will no longer be available at the promotional price.

Returns & Exchanges:

Items bought during the Black Friday Sale can be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receiving your order, providing the item is in the condition we sent to you.

We ask that you email us a photograph of the item before returning to contact@chasingsundays.com.au.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged. As per our Returns Policy.

Order Adjustments:

Chasing Sundays reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if the promotional discount was applied in error or if the order violates any of the terms and conditions.

If an order adjustment is necessary, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.

Please ensure you put the correct address and add the correct items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your order. We cannot take any responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address.

We will endeavour to respond to your emails within 2 business days, however, we ask again for your patience and kindness while our small team works to stay on top of the influx of orders.

Chasing Sundays reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Black Friday Sale or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Dispatch, Shipping & Delivery

This is by far, our BIGGEST sale of event of the year! And ... every other retailers’!

We will try to get your orders out as fast as we can, however, as we will be inundated with orders, please allow up to 7 business days for order dispatch.

We use both Aramex and Australia Post. Tracking details will be sent to your email when your order has been processed.

If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting Australia Post Express Shipping.
