TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter: Chasing Sundays, ABN 31 149 829 228, [address] ("Promoter").
2. Promotion period: Opens [time] AEST on [date] and closes 11:59pm AEST on Friday 9 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. How to enter: During the promotion period, entrants must (a) send a photo or video featuring Chasing Sundays product to @chasing.sundays via Instagram direct message, and (b) share that photo or video to their Instagram Stories, tagging @chasing.sundays. Both steps must be completed for a valid entry. Entrants may submit [one entry / multiple entries], but only one prize can be won per person.
5. Entry content: Entries must be the entrant's own original content. Entrants must have permission from anyone identifiable in their entry, and must be the parent or guardian of (or have consent from the parent or guardian of) any child pictured. The Promoter may disqualify any entry it considers offensive, inappropriate, or in breach of these T&Cs.
6. Judging: This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged by a panel of the Promoter's staff on Monday 12 October 2026, based on creativity, originality, and how well the entry captures a memorable Chasing Sundays moment. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize: One winner will receive a $300 Chasing Sundays voucher (redeemable online at chasingsundays.com.au, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, not redeemable for cash) and a $200 prepaid Visa card (subject to the card issuer's terms and conditions, including any expiry date). Total prize value: $500 (incl. GST).
8. Winner notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram DM and announced on the @chasing.sundays Instagram account on Monday 12 October 2026. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification with their postal details. If the winner does not respond in time, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest-ranked entry.
9. Prize conditions: The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Use of entries: By entering, each entrant (whether or not they win) grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, publish and share their entry, including any people, names, Instagram handles and likenesses shown in it, in any media for the Promoter's marketing and promotional purposes. This includes the Promoter's social media channels, website, email marketing, in-store materials and paid advertising. No payment or further approval will be required. The Promoter will credit the entrant's Instagram handle where practicable. Each entrant warrants that they own the entry, have the consent of every identifiable person in it (including the consent of a parent or guardian for anyone under 18), and that the Promoter's use of the entry will not infringe anyone's rights.
11. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used to run this promotion and deliver the prize, and handled in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://chasingsundays.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.
12. Instagram: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.
13. Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss arising from this promotion or the prize. Nothing in these T&Cs excludes rights consumers have under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. The Promoter may vary, suspend, or cancel this promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise, subject to any applicable law.
